Meet the artists

Two women, one small studio. Whoever you book with is the person who draws your design, places your stencil and does the work, start to finish.

Founder

Ashley Lopez

Fine line and hand poked, and the founder of AEInked. Goes by ae, or aeinked.

In April 2021 I left a full-time career to follow my love of art. I had always been creative underneath, but even after earning my Master's in Business Intelligence and working in law enforcement, something was still missing.

Tattooing started as a hobby, an outlet from a job that was draining me mentally and emotionally. I never imagined it could become a career, let alone a brand grown from a mustard seed. Since then I have kept learning and built a life around art in all its forms.

Becoming a mother recently taught me the real value of time, and how much a creative outlet matters. Thank you for trusting Aeink Studios as a safe space for everyone. I am grateful for what God gives me every day.

Artist

Kenzie McCumby

Fine line, personal and intentional. Goes by KNZZINKK.

Hi there, I'm Kenzie, the girl behind KNZZINKK. I was born and raised in the Valley of the Sun. I'm a wife, a mother to a few wild littles, and I have always had a thing for anything expressive. When I'm not at the studio you will usually find me outside wrangling our chickens. We have eight, so yes, I fully claim the title of backyard farmer.

Art has always been part of my life. I grew up in a creative home and have dipped my toes in just about everything, from dance and theater to photography and fashion. Over the last few years, tattooing really started pulling at my heart. In early 2025 I finally took the leap into this new chapter, and I have been pinching myself ever since.

I specialize in fine line, but really I am about tattoos that feel personal and intentional. Every piece I make means something, not just to the person wearing it but to me too. Being part of Aeink Studios has been such a gift, and I cannot wait to meet you and create something beautiful together.
