Can I do a consult before booking?
Yes you can, you are able to book a free consult with any one of our artists, or reach out to our number at 480-277-1909 and they will match you with the best fit.
Are deposits required?
Yes they are. Deposits confirm your appt and create safe guards for you as the client and us as the provider. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. You may reschedule through our systems before 48 hrs.
Can you bring a friend?
Most of the time this is okay, please make sure that you let or ask your artist if it is okay. This varies based on day 0f the week and how busy the studio is, as well as service.
Can I bring my children?
Yes but this will also vary on day that you are getting service done, what service your getting done, and age, whether they can sit and wait at the parents discretion. We understand kids and how hard it is to make appointments without childcare, so please talk to us! we always try and make it work.
